about

"Malizia", the second instalment in the "REPTL WINS" series, debuted in 1984. True to the franchise's signature blend of sleek, neon-soaked pornography and stylish, surreal body horror, it unfolds once again against the grim, urban backdrop of a Northern European industrial city on the decline (in this case Liège). Defying conventional genre boundaries, "Malizia" conjures a nightmarishly glamorous world that manages to be visceral, unsettling, and coolly detached, all at the same time. Over the years, it has attained cult status in Saskatchewan, and continues to be reissued on Blu-ray in Manila, leaving its mark on bodega shelves under the mantle of enduring popularity.
